The University of Madeira (UMa – Universidade da Madeira, pron. IPA: [univɨɾsi'dad(ɨ) dɐ mɐ'dɐiɾɐ]) is a Portuguese public university, created in 1988 in Funchal. It houses the following departments (or faculties) and autonomous sections.
